Rotterdam Tourist Information at Central Station

Upon arrival at Rotterdam Central Station you can find the Rotterdam Tourist Information point located in the main hall. Besides a desk for all your (tourist) questions, there is also a special gift store here, called Love Rotterdam. Gifts, Food & More.  The city hosts of Rotterdam Tourist Information are ready to tell you all about the city. Get inspired, receive tailored advice and order your tickets for the best tours, museums and events. There is also a lot to discover on your own. Get to know the work of Rotterdam designers in the gift shop, pick up a folder full of fun tips and facts.

    For comprehensive general practice care (Dutch: huisartsenzorg) and specialised medical services like cardiology, gynaecology, paediatrics and more, the International Health Center Rotterdam (ICHR) at Gerdesiaweg 488 is your destination. The staff at the ICHR are proficient in English and attuned to the needs of international patients, including addressing potential cultural concerns. With a convenient ‘walk-in’ hour, ICHR ensures that anyone with a medical emergency can receive care, even without prior registration. ICHR collaborates closely with Erasmus MC and accepts most insurance policies.

  • Dental services for international visitors

    Dental365 is an emergency dental practice, available 24/7. Dental 365 works closely with dental care practices, hospitals and specialists in the region. When these parties are not able to provide aid, patients can  be redirected to Dental 365. The Dental 365 service is available out-of-hours, during weekends and holidays, ensuring that you can access dental care when you need it most.
