Are you new to Rotterdam and curious to meet other internationals and newcomers? Join Rotterdam International Center for our Welcome to Rotterdam event on Tuesday September 8, 2026 at the Timmerhuis.
Book your appointment
At the Rotterdam International Center you can book an appointment to register with the municipality to obtain a BSN, make an appointment with the IND to collect your residence permit, and/or to provide your biometric information and open a Dutch bank account with ABN AMRO. This service is called the One-Stop-Shop.
