Appointment
At the Rotterdam International Center you can book an appointment to register with the municipality to receive a BSN, make an appointment with the IND to collect your residence permit, and/or to provide your biometrical information and open a Dutch bank account with ABN AMRO. This service is called the One-Stop-Shop.

If you are an Orientation Year Student, and you want to pick up your Orientation Year Visa (Highly skilled migrant visa does not count) or an entrepreneur that has been facilitated by Rotterdam Partners, please contact the front desk for an appointment.
Please note that you cannot:
- change your address at the Rotterdam International Center
- register at the Rotterdam International Center as a Non-Resident (RNI), please click here if you want to register as a non-resident.
- hand in missing documents such as birth or marriage certificates, please schedule an appointment online or call +31 (0)10-2671625
- Please be aware that rental contracts/tenancy agreements with dates in the future or older than three months will not be accepted.
- Certain neighbourhoods in Rotterdam require a housing permit (huisvestingsvergunning or HVV). This means that the tenant (in this case you) needs permission to live in a rental house in these areas. To find a full overview of the streets that require a housing permit, click here.

On the left, in the section called 'Select appointment', you can specify the type of appointment you would like to make. The appointment possibilities will be requested automatically after making your selection. Then select the desired time of appointment below.
