New Dutch & Rotterdam
All over the Netherlands, companies, governments, innovators, artists, institutions are actively forging new ways for a better future, working on creative solutions for global challenges, such as climate change adaptation, energy transition, digitalisation, circular economy. The intrinsic drive to move forward, to tackle challenges head-on, and to do that together, is part of the Dutch DNA. And of course, they're part of the Rotterdam DNA. That's why Rotterdam and New Dutch are a natural fit.

The Netherlands has a lot to offer and is attractive to residents, companies and entrepreneurs, visitors and international talent. The Dutch excel devising and creating sustainable solutions for the problems of tomorrow. These are often world-class innovations. It's about time we show this to the world, it's time to showcase the New Dutch!

Shared ambition
New Dutch is a collective movement of Dutch regions and cities, private and public parties to underline the innovative power of the Netherlands. New Dutch's ambitions are:
- Creating a sustainable collaboration between business, education and DMOs in which Brand NL and the 'visit domain' reinforce each other;
- Creating broad support for an integrated approach to sustainable tourism around New Dutch;
- Generating pride and brand awareness among Dutch people;
- Reinforcing the image of the Netherlands, sketching a shared vision of the future, culminating in a theme year (2026) and functioning as a catalyst.
