PCMA 2025 in Rotterdam: Global Event Industry Conference

Rotterdam is the host city for PCMA's (Professional Convention Management Association) Convening EMEA 2025, the leading event industry conference. Convening EMEA is an omnichannel event, created for business events professionals and creatives to share learnings and collaborate to build a stronger future for the global business events community that took place in Rotterdam, 14-16 October 2025 at Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam.

Convening EMEA is PCMA EMEA’s annual flagship event bringing together the global business events industry for an immersive 3-day programme in Europe. It's the platform to share knowledge, make meaningful connections, do business, and grow as an individuals, teams and organisations. A safe and comfortable environment where content, community and commerce collide. Convening EMEA is designed to connect people who share a common purpose to unlock tomorrow’s potential today. This year’s Convening EMEA programme architecture was designed to empower individuals, teams, and organisations to harness the potential of connection and integration to create meaningful impact.
