Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre
Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC) is one of Rotterdam’s largest dedicated event venues. Located on the edge of the beautiful Zuiderpark, the largest city park in the Netherlands, it provides the perfect welcome for your attendees. RACC holds 35 breakout rooms (with capacity ranging from 150 to 2,500 people) and the largest auditorium in the Netherlands, RTM Stage (which is fully flexible and seats 4,400). The Convention Centre can be used for a variety of events and is directly connected to Ahoy Plaza and the Exhibition and Event Halls. The Expo Foyer (2,500 m2) is the perfect place for gala dinners, exhibitions, symposiums and receptions. The total capacity of Rotterdam Ahoy is 16,500. Additionally, the adjacent Ibis Styles Hotel offers up to 250 rooms, providing ample accommodation during any event within a short walking distance.

De Doelen International Congress Centre
De Doelen ICC is Rotterdam’s highly acclaimed concert hall and conference centre, the largest venue in the Netherlands that combines both music and business. Located in the city centre and close to several cultural institutes, this monumental building is just a five-minute walk from Central Station.
De Doelen can host gatherings ranging from 100 to 3,000 delegates, with the largest hall seating 1,850. The halls are organised into three groups, each with its own entrance, hall, foyer and smaller meeting spaces. The individual capacity of these groups is 1,850 (Grote Zaal / Main Hall), 700 (Willem Burger Zaal) and 465 (Jurriaanse Zaal). De Doelen is connected to the adjacent Rotterdam Marriott hotel by a covered footbridge. For other accommodations, the venue also offers a selection of five additional hotels within easy walking distance.

Biodiversity and water storage

Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam
Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam is located in a heritage site in the city centre overlooking the Coolsingel and the ‘Beurstraverse’ (lovingly dubbed the Koopgoot, or ‘shopping gutter’ by locals). The current Postillion Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam site is not far from where the first Merchants’ Exchange opened in 1598, to become the centre of Rotterdam’s grain trade for centuries.
Postillion WTC Rotterdam has five main meeting halls and 30 rooms, perfectly suited for a variety of events and meetings, congresses and dinners. Each meeting hall and room is equipped with advanced audiovisual systems, including high-definition projectors, professional sound systems, and modern lighting setups. The largest hall seats 1,200. Postillion is a great choice for organizers looking for an event location and hotel (168 rooms) in one.
Hybrid event options at WTC
Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam frequently works with Bourgonje, an AV and technology provider capable of supporting any type of hybrid or digital meeting. For larger events, the Rotterdam halls are equipped with a dedicated control room, where technicians are available to offer assistance throughout the event.
Geothermal heating system

We are connected to a geothermal heating system (a sustainable method of heating that hugely reduces the use of fossil fuels for energy generation) and with a recent renovation have installed solar panels and renewed all exterior walls for energy efficiency.”
