In Rotterdam City Center, you can rent bicycles at Inside Rotterdam (note: advance booking required) and SeeRotterdam, both near metro stop Beurs and Witte de Withstraat and Zwaan Bikes close to Rotterdam Central Station. In Hoek van Holland, you can rent and reserve a bike online in advance at Van Leeuwen Fietsen.
Some bike rental locations also offer additional services, such as repair and maintenance, and can answer questions about bike routes, traffic rules and places of interest.
