Mental Fitness for Talent Retention Workshop 3
Mental Fitness for International Talent Retention is a practical workshop series for leaders and teams in international companies. Led by Irene Anggreeni, mental fitness coach, trainer, TEDx speaker and an international herself, in partnership with Rotterdam International Center.
Session 3 of 3 - Mental Fitness for Sustainable Performance: Preventing burnout, maintaining engagement
International professionals often carry pressures their local colleagues don't, and are less likely to ask for support. By the time it shows, they have usually already decided. This session is about noticing earlier, and about protecting your own capacity so you are steady enough to hold theirs. Two hours, practice rather than theory.
You'll take away:
- How to notice when someone is running on empty, and open the conversation before they decide to leave;
- Why the highest performers hide it best;
- A clearer read on strain signals in your team, and tools for follow-up conversations.
For: HR and People & Culture, team leads and managers with international team members.
When & where:
Friday 6 November, 10:00–12:00
Rotterdam International Center, Weena 725a
- 16 participants per session, for interactive and practical engagement
- You'll receive a digital resource kit so you can bring the tools back to your team
The sessions build on each other. Each also stands alone.
