Name change and office move
Office move: new address
As of the same date, the Rotterdam International Center (together with parent organisation Rotterdam Partners) will move to a new office in the Groot Handelsgebouw, located right next to Rotterdam Central Station and therefore easily accessible. From our new home, we will continue to help internationals land and settle in Rotterdam through our one-stop-shop concept.

One-Stop-Shop
At the Rotterdam International Center you can book an appointment to register with the municipality to receive a BSN, make an appointment with the IND to collect your residence permit, and/or to provide your biometrical information and open a Dutch bank account with ABN AMRO. This service is called the One-Stop-Shop.
