Grand Hotel Philadelphia is a new four-star hotel in the grand Rotterdam Scheepvaart area. The hotel opened its doors after a thorough renovation of three historical, classical buildings. Grand Hotel Philadelphia  consists of twenty very large hotel rooms, all covered with a bath, a separate shower and other four-star facilities. There is also a Grand-Cafe-Restaurant in the hotel. Two ancient period rooms are left intact to meet and dine privately, with a maximum of 16 guests. Grand Hotel Philadelphia also owns her own bakery and a take away sandwich shop.

The hotel was established by the Philadelphia Foundation. In the hotel light mentally handicapped people follow a learning and working career under professional guidance.
