The satellite town of Hoogvliet, just as with many other post-war neighbourhoods, is scheduled for major renovation in the coming years. By organising a wide variety of activities, WIMBY! (Welcome Into My Back Yard) wants to show how a post-war neighbourhood can become a unique, lively, modern area. The planned activities include exhibitions, excursions, events and parties, all designed to contribute to the Hoogvliet of the future. The public can get to know the new Hoogvliet in surprising and unusual ways over the coming years.
